Registration for the style13 club implies that you have read, understood and agree to comply with the stated terms and conditions in their entirety. We reserve the right to change and modify the Terms and Conditions of style13.com without notice, and you agree by continuing to use the site to be bound by any such modification.

2. Delivery

After we have succesfully received your payment, your style13 membership information will be emailed to the email address provided within 24 hours. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us through the website contact form. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, style13 members will have instant access to all templates and extensions.

3. Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our templates and extensions to fit your needs. You must not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the xml file.

4. Club Membership

Your style13 membership grants you the right to download any available template and extension for the length of your membership. Standard template and extension installations do not expire even after your membership expires, however your access to the download area will be restricted upon the expiration of your membership. Your membership must be renewed if you wish to have continued access the downloads area.You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer your membership in style13 Club to anyone else without our prior written consent.

5. License

Our extensions are distributed under the GNU General Public License version 2.

6. Updates

All templates and extensions are always designed for the latest version of Joomla! and Mambo, but we can give no guarantee the templates and extensions will run with future versions of these CMS’s. Members may use the contact form to address any issues related to software versions.

7. Warranty and Support

Style13 does not warranty or guarantee these products in any manner. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall style13.com be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party extensions, components, mambots, modules or other products. Browser compatibility should be tested against demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes as we can not guarantee style13.com themes will work with all browser combinations. Style13 does not commit to monitor the forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions.
